NIOS Admission 2024 Last Date – In this article we are going to discuss all about NIOS last date of admission in 2024 for class 10 and class 12 examination.
The registration for admission to secondary, senior secondary and vocational courses for the October 2024 exam in the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has begun. The NIOS admission application forms are available on the official website, nios.ac.in.
The last date to submit the application form without late fee is January 31, 2024.
The NIOS will extend the registration process till March 15, with late fee. Candidates who apply from February 1 to February 15 have to pay ₹200 as late fee. Those who apply from February 16 to 28 have to pay ₹400 as late fee. A late fee of ₹700 will be charged from candidates who apply from March 1 to 15.

NIOS Online Stream 2 Admission for April 2024
They can also avail the facility of Transfer of Credit (TOC) up to a maximum of 2 subjects from the parent board.
The student must have passed the subjects with 33% marks or equivalent grade.
All unsuccessful students of Class 10 and 12 from any recognized board are eligible to get NIOS 2024 admission under this stream.
NIOS 2024 Admission – Eligibility Criteria:
Students who fulfil the NIOS eligibility criteria can apply for NIOS 2024 admission. Here are the eligibility conditions of online NIOS admission:
Age Limit – The minimum age limit for NIOS 10th admission is 14 years as on January 31, 2024. Students who born on or before January 31, 2008, are eligible for NIOS admission 2024.
For NIOS 12th admission, the minimum age limit is 15 years as on January 31, 2024. Students who born on or before January 31, 2007, can also apply for NIOS class 12 admission 2024.
Minimum Education – He/she must have cleared class 10 from a recognized board to apply for NIOS class 12 registration 2024. Students who are applying immediately after passing 10th will not be allowed to sit for the exams for all the subjects in one attempt.

• Aadhaar card or passport or ration card or other identity proof.
• Birth certificate for proof of date of birth
• Address proof i.e. Aadhaar card/water bill/electricity bill/voter ID/ration card
• Signature (preferably in black ink)
• Recent passport size colour photograph
• Class 8th marksheet for students applying for the NIOS 10th or secondary course
• Class 10th marksheet to apply for NIOS 12th exams 2024.
